To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, fabric details, and images before completing their purchase. If you require any assistance regarding sizing, fit, or product information, our customer care team will be happy to assist you before you place your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective due to a manufacturing fault, or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order number, clear photographs of the product, the original packaging, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Once your request has been reviewed and verified by our quality assurance team, Quill reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Where applicable, we may offer a replacement of the same item or another suitable solution at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Products must not be used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer in order to qualify for any replacement consideration. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included with the product. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for review.

Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, handcrafted techniques, or the natural characteristics of fabrics. Such variations are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for replacement or compensation.

Quill reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy or where misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
